The festival is held at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in the heart of the Hudson Valley, known for its fertile farmland, vineyards, and orchards.

Purchase lunch and other tasty snacks from our extensive gourmet food truck corral. Enjoy demonstrations from celebrity chefs and mixologists throughout the day of the festival at our demo stage.

  • 6:45 AM – Hazelton Area
  • 7:30 AM – Sam’s Club in W-B
  • 7:45 AM – Pittston Park and Ride on RT 315
  • 8:15 AM – Dickson City/Scranton Area
  • Depart festival at approximately 7:00 PM

IMPORTANT NOTE: Valid ID is required for this trip!

What we suggest you bring for the ride to/from and the for the tailgate.

  • Cups with lids so not to spill your drinks.
  • Garbage Bag(s) to keep your area of the coach & tailgate clean.
  • Small cooler on coach, for drinks & food for the ride. (Keep out of aisle)
  • Cooler must NOT LEAK. Leaking coolers must be moved to the luggage bay.
  • Extra water & ice (Always needed)
  • Pillow, Blanket, or headphones for the bus ride. (Makes it much more comfortable)
  • Larger cooler, if needed for the tailgate. Can be in placed in luggage area.
  • Bag Chairs for tailgate.
  • Tent(s) (if needed)
  • Tailgate games or any items that you’d like to bring for the tailgate.

Keep in mind that we are all going to the same place for the same reason and it’s about enjoying the trip/event.

All sales are final.  Due to the strict policies of brokers, buses & hotels, all deposits are non-refundable on the day of booking.  Refunds will not be issued for this tour.
