Tour Policies

Due to the strict policies of brokers, buses & hotels. All deposits are non-refundable on the day of booking. If final payments are not received by their due dates, the card on file will be charged the remaining balance and will NOT be refunded if the trip is gone unused! No money will be refunded. Reimbursements will be in the form of store credit for future trips when and only if your seats are resold. Paulson National Tours does not guarantee the resale of your seats. All sales are final. If your seats are resold a $30 per person cancellation fee will be deducted from your store credit reimbursement. Cancellations must be in writing by the person who made the reservations and are not effective until received at Paulson National Tours. Special cancellation policies may apply for certain tours. Insurance is always recommended.

Itinerary Policies

Paulson National Tours reserves the right to change or alter any itineraries at any time for any trips.

Tailgating Policies

Regulations regarding the cookout/tailgate party: Some trips do not include a cookout/tailgate party. Paulson National Tours does not provide alcohol on any trips. The cookout/tailgate party is provided to save our guests money as beverages and/or food at stadiums & concerts can be very costly. In certain situations hoagies may be substituted for a cookout.

Ticket Policies

About your tickets: If you received your tickets in advance of your departure date, you are solely responsible for your tickets and if lost, stolen or distorted, they in most cases cannot be replaced. Paulson Tours is not responsible for service transit times by any carrier such as Fedex, UPS or USPS. If you are requesting shipment of tickets/documents very close to the event date, Paulson Tours does not take responsibility if your tickets are not received in time for that event. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. REMINDER: IF YOUR GROUP SIZE CHANGES, THIS MAY AFFECT YOUR ORIGINAL SEAT LOCATION. IF YOU ARE HANDLING THE BOOKING FOR A GROUP OF PEOPLE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LETTING THEM KNOW ABOUT ALL THE DETAILS, AND POLICIES OF THE TRIP. If people in your group cancel, the extra tickets will not be given out due to the strict scalping laws. If extra tickets are resold, you will receive the resale value. Paulson Tours is not affiliated with Ticket Master, promoters, box offices or venues. Paulson Tours only sells ticket packages, not tickets only. A ticket package includes many discounts and adds to the value of this package. We specialize in hard to get tickets and tickets to sold out events. Prices are based on obtaining costs and the discounts included. Tickets are not replaceable. When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat will damage tickets. If an event is cancelled, you must return the tickets to our office within 14 days of the cancelled event for in-store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If an event is postponed your tickets will be honored for the new event date. If you cannot make the new date we will accept the tickets back from you on a consignment resale basis only. If your tickets are not resold, we will return them to you before the performance date. In case of a rain out event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the tickets directly at the stadium for a future game.

OTHER POLICIES

PAULSON TOURS CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR INCIDENTS CONCERNING BUS COMPANIES, HOTELS AND/OR BROKERS. PAULSON TOURS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES THAT OCCUR ON THE TRIP, OR THE ACTIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE ON THE TRIP. PAULSON TOURS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCLIMATE WEATHER RESULTING IN DELAYS, POSTPONEMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, ETC
